Deep Tissue Massage

Integrated into a swedish massage session, your therapist will
pinpoint muscle groups and use deeper pressure to help relieve
tension. The deep tissue massage will only be applied to muscle
groups that the client and therapist deem appropriate.
Body of Knowledge Massage™

A gentle massage designed especially for the aches, pains and fragile
skin that are a part of the aging process. Senior citizens only.

Pregnancy is a wonderful and beautiful process but it can also cause
alot of discomfort. Massage can help relieve the stress and strain on
your back and hips. You must be at least 13 weeks into your pregnancy
to receive this service.
Sports Massage

Pre-event massage helps warm and stretch muscles/joints and protect
against pain and injuries while boosting performance. Post-event massage
helps remove lactic acid that builds in stressed tissues, restores normal
muscle tone and range-of-motion more quickly.

session for you and a friend or your significant other. Deep Tissue

Aromatherapy Hand Reflexology
20 minutes -$25.00 *40 minutes -$35.00
Are your hands and wrist in pain from conditions such as carpal tunnel or
repetitive motion? Relieve soreness in your forearms, wrists and thumbs.
The ancient art of Reflexology will be incorporated into your 20-25 minute
hand massage with your choice of essential oil. *Your hands will then be
placed in heated mitts for the remaining 15 minutes to relax the muscles.
Peppermint Foot Reflexology

Are your feet in pain from conditions such as plantar fasciatis or just standing
all day? The ancient art of Reflexology will be incorporated into your 20-25
minute peppermint oil foot massage. *Your feet will then be placed in heated
booties for the remaining 15 minutes to relax the muscles.
Seated Chair Massage
$1.00 per minute. 10-30 minute time range
Available in our office, for health fairs, coporate events, parties,
and employee wellness programs. Receive the benefits of a full body
massage while remaining totally clothed and with no use of massage oils
or creams. We use a special massage chair that maximizes your comfort
while allowing the therapist to work on the areas where you need it most.
Four-Hands Massage
60 minutes-$190.00 90 minutes-$220.00
Two of our talented therapists will help you totally relax. One starts
on your head, one starts on your feet and they meet in the middle
for synchronized movements on your extremities.
Medical Massage
$90.00 per 60 minute session
Medical Massage may include several different modalities in one session including Swedish Massage, Hot/Cold Therapies, Deep Tissue Massage,
Trigger Point, Muscle Testing, Range of Motion stretches, and the
application of topical treatments if you approve, or whatever else the
therapist feels is needed due to your particular condition. For those clients
who have a hard time getting on/off a massage table our therapist have
the equipment to convert your bed into the "massage table". Your 90 minute
session includes an extensive intake and aftercare instructions.
