This 2 hour course will provide you the basic skills that you need to give yourself, friends and family a basic massage that can help assist in pain relief or just simple relaxation. 
 
Everything is totally clothed and no massage oil will be used. And don't worry about forgetting what you learn because you will be provided with "cheat sheets".
