Insurance
Does your insurance plan allow you to receive Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM)? If so please present a copy of your insurance card during your evaluation and we will verify that your insurance will cover our services and we will also be more than happy to file for you. We must stress that not every plan is the same and not every plan pays.
Insurance will only be filed for Medical Massage. Check with your provider to see if wellness massages such as Deep Tissue and Swedish can be paid for using your Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). If your FSA or HSA can be used towards massage please take advantage of our
online payment option.
We do not accept Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Cases because payment for our services is greatly delayed or not paid at all.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid because they do not cover massage. We can provide you with a receipt and you can apply for reimbursement.
You are of course responsible for meeting your annual deductible and for all
copayments, and fully liable for any charges your company refuses to pay.
